As Most Wise Sovereign of The Supreme Council for Europe, I, hereby nominates :
Brother Bruno Terrail, presently Prince Rose-Croix as Second Most Wise Sovereign of the Supreme Council for Europe in charge and authority on the territory of Indian Ocean.
This takes effect on 19th January 2021.
